OKR Management System

Implement Objectives and Key Results to align your team's goals

OKR Management

OKR (Objectives and Key Results) Management allows you to set organizational objectives and track key results to measure progress toward goals at Company, Team, and Personal levels.

The OKR feature helps organizations align top-level goals with daily execution, measure outcomes with flexible progress tracking, and drive results by linking objectives directly to actionable tasks.

What are OKRs?

Objectives

  • High-level goals you want to achieve
  • Should be ambitious and inspirational
  • Qualitative descriptions of what to accomplish
  • Example: "Improve customer satisfaction"

Key Results

  • Measurable outcomes that indicate completion
  • Specific, quantifiable metrics
  • Typically 2-5 key results per objective
  • Example: "Achieve NPS score of 50+"
