Hiring Process
Resume shortlisting:After you submit your application, our recruitment team will review your resume, experience, skills and suitability for the role.
Initiation call: If shortlisted, we will schedule an initiation call to discuss your background, experience, career aims, availability, salary expectations and interest in the role.
Interview rounds: If you succeed in the first interview, we will organize regular face-to-face or online interviews. The interview process consists of up to one to three rounds depending on the role.
Result and package discussion: Selected candidates will receive a package discussion call/email within one month after the interview process. Result will be available after one month.
Technical Interview
The technical interview will test your programming knowledge, problem-solving skills and hands-on experience. The format of the interview will differ depending on whether you are applying for a Hidesc product role or a client-service role.
Hidesc Product Roles
Questions on Node.js, PostgreSQL and React could be part of the interview if you are applying for a technical role in the Hidesc product.
Client-Service Roles
For roles based on services, the technical interview will be conducted as per the client’s requirement. This can include certain technologies, frameworks, tools, programming languages, domain knowledge or project related skills the client asks for.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the working hours ?
Working hours for both Remote and onsite can log in to the tracking system any time before 10 AM for the corresponding location they are onboarded. Minimum hours should be logged.
Are we a micro-managing method ?
No, we use the Hidesc application to track your work through task management. We only check the working hours using time tracking of Hidesc.
Do employees have uniforms in the company?
Not everyone has to wear a uniform. The technical team can come in casual but in marketing, sales and support should be presentable and discipline they have to wear white shirt with a logo.
Where are Hidesc offices located?
Hidesc operates from two locations – Basildon in the United Kingdom and Calicut in Kerala, India.
Does Hidesc offer hybrid work?
Yes. Hidesc is in a hybrid work culture. Employees may apply to work from home for up to 2 days per month subject to business requirements and approval.
Are employees allowed to work from home every week?
No, employees can apply WFH for up to 2 days per month, not for every week.
Can freshers apply for work from home?
Freshers can only apply for WFH after six months of service. They will be working onsite for the first six months.
Is there a fixed working time for sales roles?
No. Sales jobs at Hidesc do not have a fixed term of work. Sales employees need to be flexible and available for product demos, customer support, follow-ups and other sales activities as required.
Do sales employees also provide support?
No. Work from home employees have to be available for scheduled demos, customer support, meetings and team collaboration. Work responsibilities must be properly discharged regardless of the location of the work.
Should sales candidates be OK with flexible working hours?
Yes. Sales candidates should be comfortable with flexible working hours based on business needs, as demos and customer support may be required at different times.
What technologies will be covered in the technical interview?
And the technical interview for Hidesc product roles may include Node.js, PostgreSQL, and React. If the role is client-service, the interview will be based on technical requirements of the client. Also Hidesc is built with diverse programming languages and also will have roles for other areas of expertise.
How many rounds of interviews?
Depending on the role and hiring requirements, there can be a maximum of one to three interview rounds if you qualify in the initiation call.
When will I get the feedback for the interview?
Selected candidates will be contacted by phone or email regarding your package discussion within 1 month after the interview process is complete. The result can take up to one month.
