Allocated Users – Project Team Assignment
This section allows you to assign specific employees to the newly created project and designate one or more as Team Leads for effective project management and task coordination.

Functionality Breakdown
Interface Elements & Descriptions
Dropdown – "Choose Projects Users"
Allows you to search and select employees from the system to be allocated to the project. All company employees are available in this dropdown.
List of Added Users
Once selected, the users appear in a list below the dropdown, displaying:
- Profile icon for visual identification
- Full name of the allocated user
Team Lead Toggle
Toggle switch beside each user's name to assign or unassign the Team Lead role. Only selected users can be marked as Team Leads.
Remove (Red ❌ Icon)
Clicking the ❌ icon will remove the user from the project allocation list completely.

⚠️ Important Note
A project can exist without any allocated users initially, but users must be added later to enable proper task assignments and project tracking functionality.
