Bulk Invite – Add Multiple Users to the Organization
The Bulk Invite feature in Hidesc User Management allows administrators to add multiple users at once by entering their email addresses. Instead of creating users one by one, this feature enables fast onboarding for entire teams or departments.
Supported Models
- SaaS Model: Users receive invite emails and set their own passwords.
- Premise Model: Users are created immediately, and admins may assign or reset passwords later.

Bulk Invite Workflow
Step 1: Access Bulk Invite
From the Add New User page, click Bulk Invite (top-right). The Invite Users form opens.
Step 2: Enter Email Addresses
Enter multiple email addresses separated by commas or press Enter after each one.
Example (as shown in screenshot):
How It Works
- Admin enters multiple email addresses in the Email field.
- Selects a default role for all invited users (e.g., Employee).
- Clicks Save.
- The system sends invitation emails to each address with secure registration links.
- When users click the link:
- They are redirected to the registration form.
- They fill in required fields such as Name, Phone, Gender, and Department.
- After submitting, they gain direct access to the organization’s workspace.
Key Features
Fast Onboarding: Instantly invite multiple team members at once.
Reduced Admin Workload: Automates user creation and email setup.
Secure Profile Completion: Users fill in personal details via secure registration links.
Mass Hiring Support: Ideal for onboarding new teams or departments quickly.
Security & Validation
- Duplicate email addresses are automatically ignored or flagged.
- Only valid email formats are accepted.
- Invite links are single-use and expire after registration completion.
Example Use Case
Suppose you’re adding ten designers to your new branding project. Instead of creating them manually:
- Open Bulk Invite from the User Management panel.
- Paste all ten email addresses.
- Set the role to Employee.
- Click Save to send the invites.
- Each designer receives an email, registers, and starts collaborating instantly.
