What is Hidesc?

Hidesc is a modern, controlled task management system that provides organizations with a structured yet flexible approach to managing their work. It ensures every process follows a defined workflow—promoting consistency, accountability, and transparency.

The system is built around an organization that manages projects, templates, and users under one roof. An administrator creates the organization, sets up projects, defines templates, and assigns users to tasks that move through approval-based workflows.

A key strength of Hidesc is its settings and permission control, enabling organizations to configure fields, templates, and approvals per their business needs.

Each organization includes role-based access—Admins control everything, Managers oversee projects, Members perform tasks, and Viewers have read-only access. This hierarchy keeps work secure and organized.

Every task in Hidesc is template-based, approval-driven, and trackable, making the system ideal for businesses that want both discipline and adaptability.

How Hidesc is Organized

Every Hidesc organization acts as a container for managing projects, templates, and users. Administrators can invite members and assign roles (Admin, Manager, Member, Viewer) to define levels of control.

Within each organization, users can create projects—structured spaces where tasks are grouped and executed. Each project can maintain its own templates and workflows while remaining connected to the organizational hierarchy for unified visibility.

Templates & Task Creation

Templates define the structure and approval flow for every task. They ensure uniformity and control across departments by specifying fields, stages, and status groups.

Templates can include fields like titles, dates, and descriptions, as well as custom fields such as numbers, dropdowns, toggles, or file uploads—helping organizations collect the exact data they need.

Task Management & Approvals

Tasks are the core execution units in Hidesc. Each follows a defined approval-based workflow such as Created → In Review → Manager Approval → Completed, ensuring quality and accountability at every stage.

Tasks can contain multiple fields, subtasks, and dependencies, making them adaptable for simple or complex operations alike.

Customization & Flexibility

Hidesc adapts to different industries and workflows. Teams can define custom fields, statuses, and approval hierarchies to mirror real-world processes.

Recurring tasks can also be automated. Finance teams may add fields like “Budget Estimate,” while HR may track “Joining Dates.” This flexibility ensures tailored efficiency for every team.

Activity Tracking & Reporting

Every change in Hidesc—from task creation to completion—is logged to maintain an auditable history.

Dashboards and reports provide visual insights into progress, delays, and workloads, helping managers make data-driven decisions.
